To accomplish this the company developed a strategic partnership with Corrisoft, LLC of Lexington, Kentucky to provide needed devices for offender monitoring. Using these devices agencies can apply objective risk assessment tools to assign cases. This approach gives agencies more options than a one size fits all scenario.

About our CEO

Our CEO, Donald Manning created DM Monitoring Services, LLC after completing over thirty-three (33) years in local government in various executive positions. Mr. Manning is a former Director of Miami Dade County Corrections Department, one of the largest local corrections systems in the country, and was Deputy City Manager of a local municipality. These experiences gave him a valued insight and understanding of the human and fiscal issues confronting many local law enforcement and corrections agencies.

Mr. Manning's commitment to helping communities combat crime and criminal recidivism led him to form DM Monitoring Services, LLC to approach offender monitoring in a different and more effective manner. He truly believes in communications, accountability, and the use of timely interventions to deter criminal activities.

Donald Manning holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of South Florida and did his MBA studies at Florida International University in Miami, Florida.
